Section 9(3) in Bihar Staff Selection Commission Rules, 2003
(3)Procedure laid down in Item 39 of Annexure 5 of the Bihar Financial Rules Part-II shall be applicable in the matters related to printing of question papers and evaluation of answer sheets.
