Section 6(1) in Bihar Elementary School Education Committee Act, 2007

(1)The Chairperson and the Secretary of the Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti shall be elected by the votes of simple majority of the total members of the Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti. Nominated members shall have no right to vote.
