Section 126 in The Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002
126. Amendment of section 635B.- In section 635B of the principal Act,-(a) for the words" Company Law Board" wherever they occur, the word" Tribunal" shall be substituted;
(b)for the word" Court" at both the places where it occurs, the words" Appellate Tribunal" shall be substituted.
