On 31.08.2022, this Court passed a detailed order, only the later part of the order is relevant for today's proceeding and the same reads as under:-
"Vide order dated 07.03.2022, we are directed the State Veterinary Hospital, Shimla to ensure that the X-ray machine(s) which is/are stated to be lying out of order for the last more than one year is/are either replaced or repaired. There is no information on record with regard to the compliance of this order. Let clear cut instructions be imparted on the next date of hearing.

Today, the learned Senior Advocate General has placed on record the instructions dated 31.08.2022 and the same reads as under:-
"Sir, This is in reference to your office telephonic directions received on dated 31.08.2022 on the subject cited above:-
1. The Govt. of India in December, 2021 had sanctioned a project for establishment of Mobile Ambulatory Units in Himachal Pradesh with budget of Rs. 7.04 Crore (Seven Crore and four Lakhs only) for establishment of 44 mobile units. The Administrative ::: Downloaded on - 02/09/2022 20:04:14 :::CIS Approval and Expenditure sanction has been accorded .
by the Govt. of H.P. in April, 2022. The latest guidelines have been received from Govt. of Indian on 17/05/2022.
2. The funds of Rs. 8.90 lakh (Eight Lakh & Ninety Thousand only) has been received from Govt.
(Annexure-A) and the process for purchase of Computed Radiography System for up-gradation of existing X-Ray machine of State Veterinary Hospital, Shimla has been initiated by the Deputy Director (Animal Health/Breeding) District Shimla on GeM and the execution of the work will be completed shortly.
3. It is also submitted that the Secretary (AH) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh vide letter no. AHY- B(2)-1/2010-P-Loose dated 25th August, 2022 (Annexure-B) has conveyed approval of the government for filling up the one vacant of Radiographer and one post of Laboratory Technician on contract basis. The process for the filling of the posts will be completed shortly.
The Hon'ble High Court, H.P. may kindly be apprised, accordingly please."
Now, that the orders stand complied with, we only hope and trust that the existing X-Ray Machine would be upgraded expeditiously and preferably within one month from today.
Accordingly, post the matter for compliance on 13.10.2022.
