Section 3(3) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984
(3)The Advisory Board constituted under sub-rule (1) shall advise the Rajasthan Legal Aid Board on all matters relating to legal aid and shall be the apex body for implementing the legal aid programme in the State.
