Section 18(1) in The Chhattisgarh Primary Education Act, 1961
(1)If the Attendance Authority is satisfied that a child, due to economic or other circumstances connected with the family to which the child belongs, is unable to attend an approved school in the manner required by or under this Act, it may, by order and subject to such conditions, if any as it may think fit to impose, permit the child to attend any approved school established a part-time institution or in which primary education is imparted on a part-time basis.
