Section 4(2) in The Goa Tillari Irrigation Development Corporation Act, 1999

(2)The Additional Chief Engineer (Irrigation Project), shall be the Managing Director of the Corporation and shall be Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation.The Superintending Engineer (Tillari Irrigation Project) shall be the Joint Managing Director of the Corporation.
