2. Reply affidavit be filed within four weeks.
3. Rejoinder affidavit within four weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 states that the reply affidavit has been filed but the same is not on the record and the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the same has not been received by him. Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 will ensure that the copy of the reply affidavit is served o the learned counsel for the petitioner in the course of the day and is also placed on record.
