- Subject to the provisions of these regulations, an officer or employee may be eligible for the following kinds of leave, namely, -

(a)Casual Leave,

(b)Privilege Leave,

(c)Sick Leave,

(d)Extra-ordinary Leave,

(e)Special Casual Leave and Special Leave,

(f)Maternity Leave, and

(g)Paternity leave.
