(12)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), no meeting for removal of the Sabhadhipati or the Sahakari Sabhadhipati under this section shall be convened within a period of one year from the date of election of the Sabhadhipati or the Sahakari Sabhadhipati either at the first meeting following reconstitution of Zilla Parishad or for filling a casual vacancy in the said office.]
