(10)The Rajasthan Armed Constabulary Act, 1950(Rajasthan Act 12 of 1950)Section 1. - For Sub-section (2), substitute the following:-"(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan."Section 2. - (i) In Sub-section (1) omit clause (2).(ii)For Sub-section (2), substitute the following:-"References in this Act to the Police Act, 1861 of the Central Legislature shall be construed as references to that Act as adapted to the Pre-reorganisation State of Rajasthan."
