(6)If the total off-street parking space required under these Regulations is provided by a group of property owners at a place for their mutual benefit, such parking spaces may be construed as meeting the off-street parking requirement, however, subject to the approval of the Authority. In such cases, the cost of public utility services shall be deposited with the appropriate Authority by the said property owners.
