Section 9(1) in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
(1)With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint in this behalf, there shall be established for the purposes of this Act, a District Registration Authority for each district to be called the District Registration Authority for Clinical Establishments.
