Section 7 in The U.P. Factories (Safety Officers) Rules, 1984
7. Confirmation.
- A probationer shall be confirmed in his appointment at the end of his period of probation or at the end of the extended period of probation if the occupier of the factory is satisfied that he is fit for conformation.
