Section 62 in THE MAJOR PORT AUTHORITIES ACT, 2021

62. General provision for punishment of offences.

Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or any rule, regulation or order made thereunder, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees.
