लिए विशेऐा लोक अभियोजकों की नियुक्ति किए जाने के बारे में है। (9) का.आ. 3093(अ) जो 22 सितम्बर, 2017 के भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित हुआ था तथा जो राऐट्रीय अन्वेऐाण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 11(1) के अंतर्गत स्थापित विशेऐा न्यायालय, अर्थात् राऐट्रीय अन्वेऐाण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (3) के अंतर्गत जिला न्यायाधीश-चार-सह-प्रभारी अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश, पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट, नई दिल्ली न्यायाधीश की नियुव्ति किए जाने के बारे में है। (10) का.आ. 3235(अ) जो 4 अक्तूबर, 2017 के भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित हुआ था तथा जो राऐट्रीय अन्वेऐाण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 11(1) के अंतर्गत स्थापित विशेऐा न्यायालय, अर्थात् राऐट्रीय अन्वेऐाण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 11 की उप-धारा (3) के अंतर्गत मोहाली में वरिऐठतम अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश के न्यायालय में न्यायाधीश की नियुव्ति किए जाने के बारे में है। (11) का.आ. 3421(अ) जो 25 अक्तूबर, 2017 के भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित हुआ था तथा जो विशेऐा न्यायालय अर्थात् सिटी सिविल न्यायालय और अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश, ग्रेटर बाम्बे की स्थापना किए जाने तथा राऐट्रीय अन्वेऐाण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 11(1) और 11(3) के अंतर्गत उक्त विशेऐा न्यायालय में पीठासीन होने के लिए न्यायाधीश की नियुव्ति किए जाने के बारे में है। (12) का.आ. 3569(अ) जो 10 नवम्बर, 2017 के भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित हुआ था तथा जो दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (8) के साथ पठित राऐट्रीय अन्वेऐाण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा 15 की उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण
