Section 2(o) in Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965
(o)“secondary education” means such general, technical, vocational or special education (including any combined course thereof), which is designed to meet the needs of the period of adolescence and which follows immediately primary education and precedes immediately higher secondary education;
