Section 19(a) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Act, 2017
(a)the expression "Secretary in-charge" means the Secretary to the Government in-charge of a department and includes an Additional Chief Secretary or a Principal Secretary when he is in-charge of a department; and
