Section 47(1) in The M.P. Farmers' Organisation Election Rules, 1999
(1)If a fresh poll is held under sub-rule (7) of Rule 52, the Election Officer shall after completion of the poll recommence the counting of votes on the date and at the time and place which have been fixed by him in that behalf and for which notice has been previously given to the candidates or their election agents.
