Section 182(2) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011
(2)The Chief Inspector may, from time to time, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify-(a)the type of lamp to be provided to specified categories of persons employed in a mine; or(b)the standard of lighting to be provided in specified areas or places in a mine.
