Section 5(1) in The Rajasthan Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954
(1)[The State Government] [Substituted by Section 3 Rajasthan Act 6 of 1984, Published in Rajasthan Gazette Extraordinary Part IV-A, dated 13-4-1984 (w.e.f. 13-4-1984).] may, at any time, dissolve the Board and reconstitute the Board in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
