Section 4(1) in The Pepsu Court of Wards Act, 2008
(1)The Financial Commissioner shall be the Court of Wards for the [territories to which this Act extends.] [Substituted for certain words by the Punjab Adaptation of Laws (State and Concurrent Subjects) Order, 1968.]
