Section 48(1) in Kumaun and Uttarakhand Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1960
(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) and (3), of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, as applied to the Kumaun and Garhwal Divisions shall stand repealed with effect from the appoint date.
