ORDER
FACTS:
1. The appellant sought the following information: (i)In electrical discipline, how many total number of officer, category wise (GENERAL,OBC,SC,ST) in your organization (DGMS), (ii) In electrical discipline, how many physically handicap(PH) officer in your organization (DGMS) and (iii) Is there any shortfall of physically handicap(PH) officer in electrical discipline, if yes, provide the tentative date to fill up this shortfall. Not having received any responses from the CPIO and the First Appellate Authority within the stipulated time period, the appellant approached this Commission in second appeal.
Decision :
2. The officer submitted that the information sought by the appellant pertains to DGMS, Head Quarter, Dhanbad. The Officer assured the Commission that he will collect the information and provide it to the appellant. In view of the above, the CIC/DGOMS/A/2018/623331 Page 1 Commission directs the respondentauthority to do so within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. Disposed of.
