76. Arbitrator to assist Tribunal in advisory capacity and his remuneration.
(1)The Arbitrator shall be present at the proceedings before the Tribunal of Appeal. He shall not be required to give evidence in such proceedings but the President may require him to assist the Tribunal in an advisory capacity.(2)Where the Arbitrator is required under sub-section (1) to assist the Tribunal of Appeal, he shall, save where he is a salaried officer of Government be entitled to such fees as the State Government may from time to time determine.
