Section 16(1) in The Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Rules, 1958
(1)If possession of any holding is to be given with standing crops and if there is no agreement in respect of such crops between the parties concerned, the Assistant Consolidation Officer shall determine the market value of such crops in consultation with the Village Advisory Committee.
