Section 3(4) in Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1972

(4)for clause (11), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-"(11) "Statutes", "Ordinances", "Regulations" and "Rules" mean respectively the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations and Rules of the University made under this Act";
