23. [ Manner of making application for registration of establishments. [Substituted by Notification No. 989/XXXVI-2-2017, dated 23.8.2017, (w.e.f. 4.2.2009).]
- The application for registration of an establishment referred to in sub-section (1) of Section 7 shall be made in Form I annexed to these rules, to Registering Officer of the area appointed under Section 6 of the Act in such manner and process notified by State Government in which the building or other construction work is to be carried on by the establishment.
