(2)Protection against lighting. - Protection from lighting shall be provided for :-(a)buildings in which explosive or highly flammable substances are manufactured, used, handled or stored;(b)storage tanks containing oils, paints or other flammable liquids;(c)grain elevators; and(d)buildings, tall chimneys or stacks where flammable gases, fumes, dust or lint are likely to be present.
