Section 17(ii) in Assam Public Service Commission (Procedure and Conduct of Business) Rules, 2010
(ii)The business of the Commission specified in the Schedule at Annexure "A" shall be transacted by the Chairperson, Member or Committee, as the case may be, specified against such business and the business so transacted shall be deemed to have been transacted by the Commission.
