Section 89(5) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(5)Every building worker engaged in handling sharp object or materials at a building or other construction work which may cause hand injury, shall be provided with suitable hand-gloves by the employer, in accordance with the national standards.
