State of Jharkhand - Subsection

Section 749(6)(i) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(i)When a school or college desires to add to the courses of instruction in respect of which it is recognised, an application for permission to make such addition shall be made in the same manner as an application for recognition as a school or college.
