42. Objection to the proposal to be sent to Collector by the 15th November.
(1)All objections and opinions with respect to proposals contained in the list referred to in Rule 40 shall be sent so as to reach the Collector by the 15th November and the Commanding Officer of each cantonment shall inform the Collector by the said date whether he consents to the proposals contained in the extracts sent to him under Clause (c) of Rule 40.(2)Any objection or opinion received after said date may not be taken into consideration.
