60. Fees for appeal and review.
- The memorandum of appeal or application for review shall be accompanied in every case by a fee as specified in the First Schedule to the credit of Government under the Head: 0853- Non-Ferrous Mining and Metallurgical Industries, 102- Mineral Concessions fees, Rent and Royalties, 01- Receipts from Mineral Concession Fees etc.
