(2)Subject to the provisions of the Act and these rules, the Board may extend all or any of the assistance's of benefits specified in Column I of the Table specified in sub-rule (1) above, to the beneficiaries (including in appropriate cases, to their dependants), who have contributed to the Fund for the minimum period specified in Column 2 of the Table specified in sub-rule (1) above.
