Section 10(4) in The Special Economic Zone Authority Rules, 2009

(4)The Chairperson, at any time, may call a special meeting of the Authority by giving two days prior notice:Provided that a special meeting of the Authority may also be convened, if at least two members of the Authority request the Chairperson in writing to convene such a meeting.
