Section 12E(1) in The U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947
(1)[Every person] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] shall, before entering upon any office referred to in Sections 11-A, 12, 43 or 44 make and subscribe before such authority as may be prescribed on oath or affirmation in the form to be prescribed.
