Section 45(2) in Andhra Pradesh Municipal Councils/Nagar Panchayats (Conduct of Election) Rules, 1965
(2)No person shall vote at an election is more than one ward of the same class: and if a person votes in more than one such ward, his votes in all such wards shall be void.
