Section 15(2) in Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management Act, 2012
(2)The Academic Council of the University shall consist of the following members, namely: -(i)the Director General, who shall be the Chairman of the Council;(ii)three academicians or professionals, to be nominated by the Board;(iii)two Directors, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board;(iv)two Deans, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board;(v)faculties of University School not exceeding three, to be nominated by the Director General.
