Section 14 in The Assam Ancient Monuments and Records Act, 1959
14. Voluntary contribution.
- The Superintendent may receive voluntary contribution, towards the cost of maintaining a protected monument and may give orders as to the management and application of any funds so received by him:Provided that no contribution received under this section shall be applied to any purpose other than the purpose for which it was contributed.
