All the directors, promoters and financiers associated in the act of illegal colonization or illegal diversion of land along with the person who commits or abets the commission of an offence of such illegal colonization or illegal diversion shall be held equally liable of committing such an offence and shall be punished under the provisions of Section 292-C.]
