98. Blasting operation by shot firer in areas other than mines
.-(1) Blasting operation shall be carried out by a shot firer holding valid certificate issued by the Controller.(2)A copy of the certificate shall be carried by the shot firer during blasting operations.(3)The shot firer shall take all due precautions in handling or charging or blasting operations.
