Section 13(1) in The Bihar Development of Ayurvedic and Unani System of Medicine Act, 1951
(1)In the case of votes in respect of election under clauses (e) to (I) of sub-section (1) of Section 3 when the counting of the votes has been completed, the Returning Officer shall forthwith declare the candidate or candidates to whom the largest number of votes have been given to be elected.
