Section 33(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Point of Presence) Regulations, 2018
(1)The designated authority shall, if he finds reasonable grounds to do so, issue a notice to the point of presence or any person concerned requiring it to show cause as to why the certificate of registration granted to it, should not be suspended or cancelled or why any other action provided herein should not be taken.
