Section 16 in The Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 2005
16. Signing of Certificate of Origin.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in paragraph 10 or paragraph 11 or paragraph 13 above, any Certificate of Origin issued under this Order may be signed by the Secretary or by any officer of the Board not below the rank of Joint Controller of Licensing duly authorized by the Licensing Authority or by any inspection agency duly approved by the Licensing Authority.
