(3)[ No person licensed under the Act, for selling recorded video cassettes or V.C.Ds or D.V.Ds shall sell, let on hire, distribute, exchange or put in to circulation in any manner whatsoever any recorded video cassette or V.C.Ds or D.V.Ds containing a film which has not been certified as specified in sub-section (1).] [Substituted by Act No. 13 of 2005, dated 8.4.2005.]
