Section 413 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
413. Commissioner to provide for traffic etc. pending execution of Corporation work in any street.
- When any work of the Corporation is in progress in any street, the Commissioner shall, so far as may be reasonably practicable, make adequate provision for the passage or diversion of traffic, for securing access to all premises approached from such street, and for any drainage of water supply or means of lighting which may be interrupted by reason of the execution of such work.
