Section 83(1) in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in section 23 from the date of commencement of this Act, until such time as the Executive Council constituted in accordance with the provisions of that section holds its first meeting, the Executive Council consisting of such members as the State Government may nominate, shall be deemed to be the Executive Council for the purposes of this Act.
