(1)This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.22, E.F.S&T (For.I) Department, dated 13.05.2015.] Forest Act, 1967.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.22, E.F.S&T (For.I) Department, dated 13.05.2015.].(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [Came into force w.e.f.15.04.1967.] as the State Government may, by notification in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.22, E.F.S&T (For.I) Department, dated 13.05.2015.] Gazette, appoint.
