1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These Rules may be called the [Bihar Taken over Elementary School Teachers' Promotion Rules, 1993] [Published in the Bihar Gazette (Extraordinary) dated 9.7.1993.](2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st January 1986.
